Find out how a flat tire was the best thing that could have happened to me last Saturday with my guest co-host, Lesterfari. Also a closer look at the members and the sound of Lesterfari & Kings Music, live at Simply Wholesome on 10/21.

At some point, I believe we all should manifest our own ‘declaration of independence’. Mine came to me 10 years ago as a song called “Conscious Revolution”. It was during a time when I began to see the corporate ladder was not for me to climb. This episode begins with spoken word from the lyrics of this song, and is accompanied by live music antics in my studio filmed by my friend Jaime Arroyo. The second half comes from a gig I had on the keys last weekend with my music family, Lesterfari & Kings Music, at Simply Wholesome in Los Angeles. The drummer, Shaka Man, invited his young son Lukah to sit in on the drums and it was magic. It’s been a very fast paced two weeks, but the clips you’ll see in this edit were the moments that slowed things down. I hope they do the same for you. Prayers and love to the families who lost their loved ones in Vegas recently. 🙏🏽 One love

This episode is for the victims of all of the recent natural disasters on our planet, featuring some cooking in my kitchen, music antics from my self and Chuck Treece, surfing from the Swatch Pro at Trestles last week and some info on non profit organizations who are helping with the disasters.

(part 2) Special edition of PVN featuring some of my favorite comments about peace and love during interviews with friends on this show. Also features exclusive acoustic performances by reggae legend Tony Chin and throwing it back to when I sat in with the Johnny Love Band in Santa Ana.
